Nudity escalates molestation, rapes etc. To avoid such circumstances and problems with women the Chinese Police intimated them not to wear such kind of dresses in public place first time. Such types of Rules and Prohibitions are only followed in Arabian and Islamic country. And according to Islam it is strictly Embargoed Nakedness.
When women come on the road with Shorts and Skirt mostly Roadside Romeo molest them. If women avoid such dress codes the situation will change. Police Department advices women to carry News Paper or Purse which can be easily kept on naked legs. They also suggested them to sit at as lower position as possible.
